The operation is run by a family that owns the land and makes its livelihood with their horses and hot springs. They're awesome people. The journey is majestic, and it's very unique too. The photos will not do justice to the views we saw while riding to our destination and back. We rode for about 30 minutes and then spent a little more than an hour relaxing in the hot springs. Then we rode back. Afterwards we were treated to a snack of coffee, juice and a sweet bread (like a pancake) before taking off in taxis for our homestays.

See you on Wednesday! We will work a full day and then shop downtown before enjoying a group dinner at a local restaurant - our only such meal of the week.
